We get asked about mimosas a lot, so here is the straight answer. We hold a beer and wine license, and mimosas show up on our specials board some weekends. They are a special, so they are on some days and off others. If a mimosa is the deciding factor for your morning, call us at (413) 594-8332 before you drive over and we will tell you what is on the board that day.
Weekend Hours
We are at 409 Broadway in Chicopee. Saturday we open at 6 a.m. and close at 1:30 p.m. Sunday we open at 7 a.m. and close at 1 p.m. During the week we are open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Brunch here means whatever you want off the breakfast or lunch menu, at whatever hour you show up, as long as the kitchen is open.
The French Toast
WWLP 22News put us on their list of the best French toast in Western Massachusetts. The one to order is the Banana Bread French Toast. We bake the banana bread ourselves and make the French toast from that instead of plain bread. It is $8.25.
If you want a regular stack, three pancakes or three slices of French toast come with your choice of bacon, sausage, kielbasa, or ham. The flavored pancakes come in banana, blueberry, chocolate chip, and apple cinnamon.
Eggs Benedict and the Hollandaise
MassLive readers voted us Best Breakfast in Western Massachusetts. The dish people usually mean when they bring that up is the Eggs Benedict: two poached eggs on English muffin halves with Canadian bacon and our house-made hollandaise, served with homefries. We make the hollandaise here.
The Big Plate
The Copperline Special is three eggs, two pancakes, homefries, and toast. You can swap the pancakes for French toast for a little extra, and you can add bacon, sausage, kielbasa, or ham.
Omelets
The Santa Fé Omelet has diced chicken, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, salsa, and cheddar. The Farmer’s Omelet is grilled mashed potatoes, ham, and cheese. Every omelet comes with homefries and toast, and you can build your own from mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, kielbasa, and cheese.
Kids
We have a children’s menu for kids under 12: one egg and toast, two French toast, or two pancakes, with bacon, sausage, or ham and a milk or juice, for $7.50. High chairs and booster seats are here.
