What are The Copperline Eatery's hours?

We are open seven days a week:

  • Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Breakfast is served all day; lunch is available during all open hours.

Is parking available?

Yes — free parking in our private lot at the restaurant, plus on-street parking on Broadway. No fee, no time limit.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The dining room and entrance are wheelchair accessible. If you need additional accommodations, please call (413) 594-8332 ahead of your visit.

When is the restaurant busiest?

Saturday and Sunday mornings between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM are typically our busiest. For shorter waits on weekends, we recommend arriving before 8:00 AM or after 11:30 AM. Weekdays are generally less crowded.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer takeout?

Yes. Call us at (413) 594-8332 to place a takeout order. Most breakfast and lunch orders are ready in 15 to 20 minutes.

Do you deliver?

We do not deliver directly, but you can order delivery through DoorDash, which serves Chicopee, Springfield, and Holyoke.

Can I order online or through an app?

Yes — order online through DoorDash for delivery. For takeout, please call (413) 594-8332 directly.

Catering

Do you offer catering?

Yes. We cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner across Western Massachusetts including Chicopee, Springfield, Holyoke, and all of Hampden County. Pricing options include:

  • Buffet Packages from $12.95 per person (5 packages)
  • Hot Item Buffet from $15.95 per person (40-person minimum)
  • Specialty Buffets — Choice #1 ($14.95/pp), Choice #2 ($17.95/pp), Italian Buffet ($17.95/pp)

What types of events do you cater?

Corporate meetings & lunches, weddings & rehearsal dinners, bridal & baby showers, graduations, birthdays, family reunions, holiday parties, church socials, school functions, banquets, fundraisers, sporting events & tailgates, memorial services, film & photo shoots, and healthcare facilities.

How far in advance should I book catering?

For most events, book at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Larger events, weekend dates, and Hot Item Buffets (40-person minimum) should be booked 3–4 weeks ahead when possible. Call (413) 594-8332 to check availability.

Reservations & Family Dining

Do you take reservations?

We operate first-come, first-serve for breakfast and lunch. For special requests or large parties of eight or more, please call (413) 594-8332 in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Are you kid-friendly?

Absolutely. We have a Children's Menu for guests under 12 — choose one egg and toast, two French toast, or two pancakes with bacon, sausage, or ham, plus milk or juice, all for $7.50. High chairs and booster seats are available. Our family-owned diner has welcomed local families for over 33 years.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Yes. For groups of eight or more, please call (413) 594-8332 ahead so we can prepare seating. We also cater on-site or off-site for groups too large to seat in the dining room.

We accept cash and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you sell gift cards?
