We cater graduation parties around Chicopee, Springfield, Holyoke, and the rest of Hampden County. Here is what we can do for yours and what it costs, so you can plan around it.
How We Deliver
You can pick the food up at the restaurant at 409 Broadway, we can drop it off hot at your house or hall, or we can serve it on site. Buffet style is the usual choice for a backyard party. We can also pack it as a to-go buffet or as individual portions if that works better for your setup.
Book one to two weeks ahead for most parties. For a weekend date or a big headcount, three to four weeks ahead is safer.
The Buffet Packages
Our set packages are the easiest way to feed a crowd. Buffet Package #1 is ziti, meatballs, roasted chicken, oven roasted potatoes, sausage with peppers and onions, baked beans, macaroni salad, garden salad, and rolls and butter, at $13.95 a person. Packages #2 through #5 change the mix, adding cold cuts, kielbasa, or potato salad. Buffet Package #5 has the most on the table and runs $15.95 a person. All five are served buffet style.
If You Want to Choose Your Own Entrees
The specialty buffets let you pick three entrees. Choice Buffet #1 is $14.95 a person and the list includes chicken francaise, chicken marsala, roast turkey with gravy, roast top sirloin, baked ham, baked scrod, and more. The Italian Buffet is meat lasagna, vegetable lasagna, chicken parmesan, chicken and broccoli alfredo, eggplant rollatini, and similar. Every specialty buffet comes with a potato or rice pilaf, a vegetable, and a dessert, and you pick one of each.
The Hot Item Buffet is for bigger parties. It needs a minimum of 40 people and lets you pick two entrees from a long list of chicken, beef, and seafood preparations.
Breakfast and Brunch Parties
A morning graduation party works well, and breakfast is what we are known for. We cater eggs, bacon and sausage, home fries, French toast, and pancakes. Breakfast and brunch catering is quoted per event because the mix depends on your headcount and what you want on the table. The fastest way to see a price is to build a quote online. Pick a package, enter your headcount, and the estimate is on the screen. If you would rather talk it through, call (413) 594-8332 and tell us the date, the headcount, and if you want pick-up, drop-off, or on-site service. Give us a rough headcount even if it is not final. It is easier to add a few plates than to run short.
